State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, Faisalabad Eastern Zone invites e-quotations through EPADS under Single Stage Single Envelopes Procedure for providing comprehensive tour services for a 3 days and 2 nights trip to Swat and surrounding areas. The tour is scheduled from 17-07-2026 to 19-07-2026, with an expected 67 qualifiers participating. The scope includes air-conditioned luxury transportation from State Life Zonal Office in Faisalabad to Swat and back, refreshments during travel, two nights hotel stay in an A category hotel with sharing accommodation, and meals comprising 3 lunches, 3 breakfasts, and 2 dinners with specified menu options. All tool charges, road expenses, and driver expenses are included in the package. The quotation must be submitted on a per head basis with all applicable taxes included.
Eligibility requires bidders to be GST and Income Tax registered firms or dealers with established tour operations and their own offices. Mandatory qualifying requirements include submission of valid NTN or Sales Tax Registration, original Bid Security document in the form of CDR at 1% of quoted amount, and an undertaking on Rs. 100 stamp paper confirming the firm is not blacklisted by any government or private sector organization in Pakistan. Bidders must also submit company profile, experience-related documents, managerial capacity details, and financial position. Technical evaluation is based on 10 marks per slot with a minimum of 30 marks required for qualification. Physical CDR submission and active NTN/STN status are compulsory for participation.
Bid documents are available on www.statelife.com.pk, www.epms.ppra.gov.pk, and www.eprocure.gov.pk. E-quotations must be submitted through EPADS registered suppliers before the closing date, while CDR must reach physically before tender closure. The successful bidder, showing the most advantageous bid combining qualification criteria and lowest rate with 80% weightage, will be awarded the contract. Payment will be made by cheque upon receipt of satisfactory service completion.
