Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Navy is inviting sealed bids for travel consultancy services including airfare forecasts for multiple worldwide destinations covering Asian, Middle Eastern, Far Eastern countries, Poland, China, Australia, African nations, Turkiye, Romania, Italy, Germany, North America, Latin America and other European countries. The tender is issued by the Divisional Sea Transport Officer based in Karachi, Sindh, and seeks qualified travel agents including security-cleared firms to provide competitive rates on air tickets and travel consultancy services. The contract will be awarded on a yearly basis with quoted rates maintaining one year validity. Tender documents are available from the Office of the Sea Transport Officer at 11, Liaquat Barracks, Karachi during standard working hours on business days.
Eligible bidders must be registered with four mandatory government agencies: IATA, TAAP, DTS and NTN. All participating firms are required to provide their NTN, GST and other applicable registration numbers issued by respective departments with their bids. The travel agents must demonstrate security clearance and operational capability to supply air tickets to DSTO(P) Karachi office premises according to Pakistan Navy requirements and technical specifications. Only firms meeting all registration and compliance criteria will be considered for evaluation.
Sealed bids must be submitted to the undersigned's office at 11, Liaquat Barracks HQs COMKAR Karachi no later than 1000 hours on 29 June 2026, with bid opening scheduled for 1200 hours on the same day. Bids received after the deadline will not be entertained. Tender documents can be obtained during office hours on working days. The Divisional Sea Transport Officer reserves the right to cancel any or all tenders at discretion.
