Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Air Force invites sealed tenders for the supply, procurement, repair and overhauling of various items across multiple bases and units. The tender encompasses sixteen separate line items including procurement of DMBR and aircraft kit items (98 units), repair and overhaul of RD aircraft items (32 units), aircraft tyres (02 units), telecom equipment and services (63 units), networking hardware (25 units), SMD video wall with controller, radar accessories (18 units), communication equipment (22 units), hardware for IDVCs (02 units), upgradation of MCOC-I to highly mobile version (07 units), terrestrial waveform generator test setup (09 units), aviation fuel filter and water separator elements (08 units), oxygen spares (02 units), cargo aircraft tyres (01 unit), dye smoke green 251B (01 pound), and helmet spares (03 units). The contract location is PAF Base Nur Khan, Rawalpindi, Federal Province, with performance periods ranging from 03 to 12 months after signing of the contract.
Participating firms must be GST and professional tax registered with valid NTN. Unregistered or unindexed firms seeking to participate must provide financial capability proof through six months of bank statements, proof of go-down and manufacturer or stockist credentials, two photocopies of owner's NIC for FOR tenders, and OEM agency agreements. A treasury challan of Rs. 2,000 debatable to Main Head XLVII Main Head XII Sub Head A is required from unregistered firms. All firms must submit a Non-Disclosure Agreement on judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100 prior to tender document issuance. Quotations must remain valid for 90 days, with guarantee and warranty terms specified separately. Sales tax must be mentioned separately.
Bid documents can be downloaded from the PAF website at www.paf.gov.pk under Media section or obtained from respective bases and log squadrons on working days. The last date of tender submission is 30 June 2026 at 1000 hours, with tenders opening on the same day at 1100 hours.
