Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed competitive bids for the supply of MS Angle Iron with dimensions 63.5MM X 63.5MM X 6.4MM (2-1/2" X 2-1/2" X ¼"). This tender enquiry LE-040/26 is issued for procurement of structural steel materials required for pipeline infrastructure development. The tender is open to qualified manufacturers and suppliers and will be evaluated based on technical and financial proposals submitted in accordance with Federal PPRA Rules. The estimated contract value and exact quantity requirements are detailed in the Schedule of Requirement and Delivery (Appendix B). Bids must be submitted online through Federal E-PADS portal as well as in hard copy form to the registered office in Lahore, Pakistan, ensuring full compliance with technical specifications outlined in Appendix C and all mandatory requirements.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to possess valid Sales Tax Registration Certificate, Income Tax Certificate, and Professional Tax Clearance Certificate. All bidders must submit an original Bid Bond in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Pay Order as specified in the tender clause 10, failing which the bid will not be considered for evaluation. Bidders are required to provide a Certificate of Full Disclosure and Non-Collusion, Price Reasonability Certificate, and an Integrity Pact under PPRA Rules 2004. The quotation must remain valid for 60 days from the closing date. Technical proposals must include clause-by-clause compliance sheets, technical literature, and qualification documents. Only technically acceptable bidders will have their financial proposals opened.
Bids must be submitted on or before 01.07.2026 at 14:30 hours (1430 hours) in sealed envelopes marked "TECHNICAL PROPOSAL" and "FINANCIAL PROPOSAL" to the General Manager Procurement, Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, Gas House 1st Floor, 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore, Pakistan. Bids will be opened publicly on the same date at 15:00 hours (1500 hours). The offer must be in Pakistani Rupees on free delivery basis at SNGPL specified stores, inclusive of all government taxes, duties, and levies except Sales Tax.
