Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited invites sealed bids for the supply of chain link fencing 2 inch under tender enquiry reference LE-039/26. The tender is open to interested bidders and will be evaluated on a single stage two envelope system comprising separate technical and financial proposals. Bidders must submit their quotations in Pakistani Rupees on a firm and irrevocable basis for free delivery at the company's specified stores in Lahore, Punjab. The delivery schedule must conform strictly to the terms outlined in the Schedule of Requirement and Delivery, with earlier delivery also acceptable. Quotations must remain valid for 60 days from the closing date.
Bidders must meet qualification requirements as detailed in the tender documents, including submission of professional tax clearance certificate, sales tax registration certificate, income tax certificate, and bid bond in the form of bank guarantee or pay order. Technical specifications compliance sheet, integrity pact under PPRA Rules 2004, certificate of full disclosure and non-collusion, and price reasonability certificate are mandatory. Only authorized representatives holding authority letters as per specimen Appendix G will be permitted to attend the public bid opening. Formation of cartels or attempts to obstruct competition will result in bid rejection and potential de-listing from approved manufacturers list.
Bid documents are available as specified appendices and must be submitted online through Federal PPRA E-PADS and in hard form at Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, Gas House, 1st Floor, 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore, Pakistan by 01.07.2026 at 1430 hours. Bids will be opened publicly on the same date at 1500 hours. Technical proposals will be opened first while financial proposals remain sealed until technical evaluation is complete.
