Auction of Bags, Tin Ghee, Cooking Oil and Packing Materials by Supply Depot Kharian

The Supply Depot Kharian Cantt invites the general public to participate in an open auction of surplus items including jute bags of 100 kilograms, tin ghee, cooking oil, repairable and unserviceable miscellaneous packing materials. The auction will be held on 01 July 2026 at 0900 AM at Supply Depot Kharian Cantt in Punjab province. In case of emergency, an alternate auction date of 02 July 2026 has been scheduled. This auction offers an opportunity for registered traders and businesses to acquire bulk commodities and packing materials at competitive prices. All participants must ensure their firms are properly registered with the Government, security cleared, not blacklisted for any reason, and maintain active taxpayer status to be eligible for bidding. Participants representing firms are required to bring original documents of their firms and original CNIC, along with a power of attorney or authority letter if bidding on behalf of the firm. The competent authority reserves the right to cancel all documents for any reason deemed necessary.
