Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Single Window invites e-bids for the hiring of travel agency services through the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority's e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System portal. The procurement is conducted under the provisions of the PSW Act, 2021, and targets travel agencies registered with the International Air Transportation Association and other relevant authorities. This tender is issued from the Islamabad office of Pakistan Single Window, located at Ground Floor, Nespak Building near State Bank in the G-5/2 sector, and covers comprehensive travel agency service provisions as detailed in the scope of services annexure.
Eligible bidders must be registered suppliers on the EPADS platform and hold valid IATA registration or equivalent credentials from relevant authorities. Prospective bidders are required to submit a bid securing declaration via email to the procurement department before the technical bid opening deadline, with failure to do so resulting in automatic disqualification. All bids must be prepared in strict accordance with the instructions provided in the bidding documents, which contain detailed terms, conditions, evaluation criteria, performance guarantee requirements, and other procurement specifics.
Bidding documents are accessible through the EPADS portal or can be downloaded from the PSW website at https://www.psw.gov.pk/documents/tenders. Prospective bidders may request clarifications on any aspect of the bidding documents until 22 June 2026. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before 2 July 2026 at 1500 hours, with technical bid opening scheduled for the same day at 1530 hours at the procurement department address.
