Description / Scope of Work
The National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) Regional Head Office Islamabad invites prequalification applications from interested firms having established workshops or workshop setups for repair and maintenance of generators with spare parts supply. This prequalification procurement (Reference: NADRA-RHO-ISB-Proc/22/2026) seeks to establish a Close Framework Agreement with qualified service providers to perform all types of repair and maintenance work including routine and scheduled maintenance of generators installed at Data Entry Units (DAUs), offices, and the Regional Head Office of NADRA Islamabad Region. The scope encompasses supply of genuine spare parts and comprehensive maintenance services in accordance with the Framework Agreement provisions.
Applicant firms must possess an operational workshop or properly equipped workshop setup dedicated to generator repair and maintenance services. Prequalified firms will be invited to participate in subsequent bidding processes for specific work orders under the Framework Agreement. The prequalification process is open to eligible firms meeting the prescribed technical and financial criteria outlined in the detailed prequalification documents. Applicants must submit complete documentation including company registration details, technical capability evidence, workshop facilities information, and declaration of ultimate beneficial owners as per public procurement regulations.
