Description / Scope of Work
Power Information Technology Company (PITC) invites sealed quotations from potential dealing firms for the provisioning of 200 Mbps internet bandwidth from a Tier-I Internet Service Provider. This tender is issued under single stage one envelope procurement process as per PPRA 36(a) guidelines. The service requirement involves continuous bandwidth provisioning to support PITC's operational needs in Lahore, Punjab. The tender document is available at the cost of Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable), and interested bidders must obtain the complete specifications from the Bill of Quantities (Annexure-A) included in the tender package.
Bidders must be eligible firms capable of providing tier-one internet services and must not be blacklisted by PEPCO, WAPDA, or any other government organization, nor in litigation or default with any government entity. Prospective vendors are required to submit bid money of Rs. 50,000 (refundable) in the form of a bank draft or bank guarantee in favour of the CEO (PITC), WAPDA House, Lahore. The successful bidder will be required to deposit performance security not exceeding 10% of the proposed purchase order value as a bank draft or guarantee, to be released after the warranty period expires. All quoted rates must be firm, final, and inclusive of all taxes and charges in Pakistani Rupees.
The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 18-06-2026 at 11:00 AM at Aiwan-e-Iqbal Complex, Edgerton Road, Lahore. Sealed bids comprising technical and financial proposals in duplicate (marked Original and Copy) must be submitted by 06-07-2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid opening will occur on the same date at 11:30 AM. Price quotations must remain valid for at least 90 days from the opening date.
