Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites competitive bids for the supply of electric cable through tender enquiry reference LEP-006/26. This procurement is issued from the company's head office located in Lahore, Punjab, and encompasses the supply of specified electric cable items to be delivered at the company's designated stores. The tender follows a two-envelope single-stage bidding system with detailed technical and financial specifications provided in the accompanying appendices. Bidders are required to quote prices on a free delivery basis at SNGPL's specified locations within Punjab, with strict adherence to the delivery schedule outlined in the tender documents.
Eligible bidders must possess valid business registration, tax compliance certificates including Sales Tax Registration and Income Tax certificates, and Professional Tax Clearance as specified in the tender requirements. A bid security in the form of bank guarantee or pay order is mandatory and must accompany the technical proposal. Bidders are required to provide a Certificate of Full Disclosure and Non-Collusion, an Integrity Pact, and evidence of technical qualifications as outlined in the detailed eligibility criteria. The company reserves the right to inspect goods at its own expense and to increase or decrease tender quantities by up to fifteen percent after tender opening.
Bid documents are available from SNGPL's Procurement Department and may be obtained by contacting the General Manager Procurement at the company's Gas House office. Quotations must be submitted online through E-PADS (Federal PPRA) or in hard form before 07.07.2026 at 1430 hours at the office address: General Manager Procurement, Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, Gas House, 1st Floor, 21 Kashmir Road, Lahore, Pakistan. Bids will be opened publicly on the same date at 1500 hours. The bidder's quotation must remain valid for sixty days from the tender closing date.
