Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited invites bids for the supply of flexible cable and cable of 16mm² single core specification. This tender enquiry, referenced as LE-044/26, seeks qualified suppliers and manufacturers to provide the specified cable products on a free delivery basis to SNGPL's designated stores and locations in Punjab, Pakistan. The procurement is conducted through a single-stage two-envelope bidding system where technical and financial proposals are submitted separately. Bidders must provide compliance documentation, technical literature, and detailed specifications adherence sheets along with their quotations in Pakistani Rupees.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to hold current Professional Tax Clearance Certificate, Sales Tax Registration Certificate, and Income Tax Certificate. Bidders must submit an original Bid Bond in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Pay Order as specified in the tender terms and conditions. Interested bidders must provide proof of their qualifications, experience, and technical competency to manufacture or supply the required cable products. All bids must include an Integrity Pact declaration, Certificate of Full Disclosure and Non-Collusion, and Price Reasonability Certificate. The tender is subject to PPRA Rules 2004 regulations, and any attempt to obstruct competition or form cartels will result in bid rejection and potential debarment.
Bid documents are available as appendices including General Terms, Schedule of Requirements and Delivery, Technical Specifications, Price Term Sheet, and specimen documents for bonds and authority letters. Quotations must be submitted online through the Federal PPRA E-PADS portal on or before 08 July 2026 at 1430 hours, with simultaneous submission in hard copy format to the General Manager Procurement at Gas House, 1st Floor, 21 Kashmir Road, Lahore. Public opening of technical proposals will occur on the same date at 1500 hours.
