Description / Scope of Work
The Federal Government Polyclinic (FGPC) Islamabad has reserved funds for the procurement of goods and services planned for the financial year 2026-27. The polyclinic intends to apply part of the proceeds from its reserved fund to cover eligible payments under five tenders for medical supplies and equipment. These tenders include repair and maintenance of Allied Apparatuses of Medical Glass, purchase of Medical Glass, procurement of X-Ray Film and Fittings, purchase of Surgical Disposable and Sutures, and Pathology Blood Bank items. The procurement process is being conducted for the federal territory of Islamabad in line with government regulations and transparent procurement practices.
Eligible bidders are invited to submit E-bids through the EPADS v2.0 system for the procurement of goods and services as described in the bidding documents. Valid Drug Sale License or Drug Manufacturing License is required where applicable. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as described in the bidding documents, and bidders must provide an undertaking on judicial papers and pay order or CDR in the name of the Executive Director FGPC. Single Stage Two Envelope (LCBS) selection technique will be used in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004 and applicable regulatory guidelines.
Bid documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk. Interested bidders are required to upload copies of judicial undertakings and pay orders along with bids on EPADS. Original judicial papers and pay orders in the name of Executive Director FGPC must be submitted to the hospital before the official opening date and time. The bid submission deadline is Tuesday, July 7, 2026 at 10:00 AM, with electronic opening scheduled for the same day at 10:30 AM on EPADS v2.0. Vendors not yet registered on the new EPADS v2.0 version may register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/.
