Description / Scope of Work
Peshawar Development Authority invites e-tenders for the development and improvement of water supply and sanitation infrastructure projects in Regi Model Town, Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The scope encompasses main head works, booster stations, water supply schemes with associated infrastructure including water treatment systems and sanitation facilities. The estimated cost of the project is provided in the tender documents with bidding to take place through the electronic platform (e-PADS) as per the single-stage two-envelope system under Rule 14(2) of the KPPRA (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority) Rules 2014, with the bid opening scheduled for a date specified in the tender notice.
Eligible bidders must possess valid KPPRA registration for relevant construction categories, appropriate experience in similar water supply and sanitation works, and valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or NTN (National Tax Number) as applicable. Bidders are required to submit bid security equivalent to two percent of the estimated cost as specified in the tender documents, either in the form of a call deposit, bank guarantee, or other acceptable security instruments. Additional performance security and undertakings as per standard tender conditions shall be required upon contract award. Bidders must also comply with all regulatory requirements including NTS (National Testing Service) registration, KPRA (Authority) affiliation status, and other mandatory certifications.
Bid documents can be obtained electronically from the official KPPRA portal (www.kppra.gov.pk) or the e-PADS website as mentioned in the tender notice. Bids must be submitted online through the e-PADS portal before the closing date of July 8, 2026 at 11:45 AM, with opening scheduled immediately thereafter. All bidders are advised to review the complete tender documents including terms and conditions, technical specifications, and bid forms available from the Peshawar Development Authority office at Regi Model Town.
