Description / Scope of Work
The National Logistics Cell (NLC) Rawalpindi invites sealed bids from manufacturers, authorized distributors, and dealers for the supply and provision of a fire fighting system on a FOR basis (Free on Rail) at Rawalpindi. This is a single-stage two-envelope procurement tender referenced as TENDER NO.50/FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM/NLC/2026, to be submitted under PPRA Rule 36b with technical and financial offers. The tender scope encompasses supplying fire fighting equipment to meet the specified requirements, with the procurement location at HQ NLC Harding Road near AFRM in Rawalpindi, Punjab. Bidders must submit tenders on or before 06 July 2026 by 1100 hours, with opening scheduled the same day at 1130 hours.
To participate, bidders must be registered manufacturers or authorized distributors and dealers with requisite qualifications and experience in fire fighting systems. A tender fee of Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable) and bid security of Rs. 2,000,000 must be attached with the technical offer; bids lacking these documents will be rejected.
