Auction/Re-auction of the contract for the collection of Tobacco Development Cess (TDC) for the financial year 2026-27. This involves collecting cess on various types of tobacco (excluding factories allocated a purchase quota by the Pakistan Tobacco Board) at specified rates: Virginia tobacco ($30.25/\text{kg}$), White Patta/Sun-cured tobacco ($18.15/\text{kg}$), and Snuff/Naswar ($7.50/\text{kg}$ or $3\%$ of invoice value, whichever is higher).
