Description / Scope of Work
The District Development Committee (DDC) Faisalabad invites e-tenders for the design, supply, installation and commissioning of a Hybrid Off-Grid Solarisation System serving all courts and allied offices within the Judicial Complex at Teh Saunsarki, District Faisalabad, Punjab. The estimated project cost is Rs. 7,600,000 with a contract duration of 64 weeks. This solar energy scheme aims to enhance power reliability and operational efficiency of judicial facilities while reducing energy costs through renewable technology. The scope encompasses hybrid solar system design, component supply, installation, testing and commissioning at the Teh Saunsarki Judicial Complex location.
Bidders and contractors must meet the prescribed eligibility criteria including registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the Solar Energy System with relevant code (EE-11). Joint ventures are permitted provided the lead partner holds active PEC registration. Contractors must possess active Tax and Provincial Sales Tax registration, and provide an Affidavit on Non-Judicial Stamp Paper confirming non-blacklisting status. A Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) valued at 5% of estimated cost must accompany the bid, and the successful bidder shall submit a performance guarantee at 10% of contract amount before work order issuance. All documentation must demonstrate compliance with Pakistan Procurement Rules 2014.
Interested contractors should submit forms via E-PADS portal at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Bid documents can be downloaded from the PPRA website. Original CDR at 5% of estimated cost must be submitted to the District Development Committee office before 11:00 AM on 01-07-2026. The tender will be opened on the same date at 11:30 AM at the District & Sessions Court Judge's office, Faisalabad.
