Action For Humanity (AFH), a UK-based international NGO operating in Pakistan under a Memorandum of Understanding with the Ministry of Interior, invites competitive quotations for rent-a-car services. The organization is establishing office operations across Pakistan and seeks vehicle rental services on monthly and per-day basis for Bahawalpur and Multan regions from July 2026 to June 2027. Three vehicle categories are required: 650cc Suzuki Alto, 1000cc Suzuki Cultus, and 1300cc Toyota Yaris, all 2020 model year or newer, petrol-fueled, with professional drivers. Vendors with local presence in Bahawalpur or Multan, or those with well-established reputation, are preferred.
Quotations must be submitted in the prescribed format and include bidder information such as company name, NTN/GST number, CNIC, focal person details, contact numbers, bank account information, and address. Quotations should clearly specify monthly rental rates, per-day rental rates, and fuel costs per kilometer based on current fuel prices. All vehicles must be clean, fully functional, well-maintained, and air-conditioned. Drivers must be professional, licensed, well-mannered, and familiar with local routes. All maintenance and repair costs shall be borne by the service provider, with immediate replacement of vehicles in case of breakdown at no additional cost. Fuel costs will be reimbursed based on actual kilometers traveled, with toll taxes paid on an actual basis.
Bidders must confirm receipt of this Request for Quotation and submit complete quotations by 17:00 hours PST on or before 26 June 2026 via email to procurement.pk@actionforhumanity.org with CC to bilawal.mirjat@actionforhumanity.org and asim.awan@actionforhumanity.org. Quotations must remain valid until 30 June 2027. All applicable taxes must be clearly mentioned. Payment will be made monthly after invoice submission and verification.
