Description / Scope of Work
Water & Sanitation Agency (WASA), Sargodha invites electronic bids for repairing with replacement of old damaged and chocked screen at Istaqlalabad Disposal Station in Sargodha, Punjab. The estimated project cost is Rs. 2,736,100 with technical sanction issued vide reference DMD(O&M)/WASA/SGD/246 dated 22.04.2026. This procurement is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal system (e-PADS) to ensure transparent and competitive bidding for this critical water infrastructure maintenance project.
Eligible bidders must be contractors, firms, manufacturers, or authorized dealers registered on the e-PADS platform with valid Professional Engineers Council (PEC) license in category C6 and above with relevant code CE-10, and must be registered with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Provincial Revenue Authority (PRA) holding both NTN and PNTN numbers. All participating bidders are required to submit bid security in the form of a CDR or Bank Guarantee from Bank of Punjab amounting to Rs. 136,805 (5% of estimated cost) in favor of Deputy Director (West) Division, WASA Sargodha, in compliance with directives issued by S&GAD Government of Punjab vide No. SO(I&C-I) 5-4/2024 dated 19.05.2026.
Bidding documents are available free of cost for download from e-PADS at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. Electronic bids must be submitted online by 01st July 2026 at 02:00 PM with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 02:30 PM. The original bid security instrument must be submitted in a clearly marked envelope at the Deputy Director (West) Division's Office, Opposite Company Bagh, Sargodha, before the e-bid submission deadline. Bids remain valid for 120 days, and conditional tenders will not be accepted. Tendered rates and amounts must be filled in both figures and words.
