Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA), Sargodha invites electronic bids for repairing with replacement of old damaged and chocked screen at Sillanwali Road Disposal Station in Sargodha, Punjab. The estimated project cost is Rs. 2,848,000 with technical sanction issued vide reference number DMD(O&M)/WASA/SGD/251 dated 22 April 2026. This procurement process follows the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) for transparent and efficient bidding. The project scope encompasses complete repair and replacement of damaged screening equipment to restore operational efficiency at the disposal facility.
Eligible bidders must be registered contractors, firms, manufacturers or authorised dealers on the e-PADS registration system with valid Professional Engineers Council (PEC) licence in category C6 and above, holding relevant code CE-10. Bidders must also be registered with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Provincial Revenue Authority (PRA) with valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Provincial NTN (PNTN). A bid security of Rs. 142,400 (equivalent to 5 percent of estimated cost) must be submitted as a CDR or bank guarantee from Bank of Punjab in favour of Deputy Director (West) Division, WASA Sargodha. The original bid security instrument must be delivered in a sealed envelope before the electronic bid submission deadline to the Deputy Director's office opposite Company Bagh, Sargodha.
Bidding documents are available for free download from e-PADS at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and from the Authority website at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. Electronic bids must be uploaded as PDF files and submitted online through the e-PADS portal by 01 July 2026 at 1:00 PM, with bids opening scheduled for the same day at 1:30 PM. Bids remain valid for 120 days from submission. Tender rates must be quoted in both figures and words, conditional bids will not be accepted, and all submissions found corrupt, unreadable or containing viruses will be rejected.
