Punjab Cattle Market Management & Development Company (PCMMDC), Multan Division, invites electronic bids for outsourcing of sanitation services at the Model Cattle Market located in Jungle Jaswant Garh, Multan. This is a public sector procurement for maintenance and cleaning services at the cattle market facility. The estimated contract value is Rs. 9,600,000 with a bid security requirement of Rs. 480,000. The tender is published under reference PCMMDC-MD/Admin/2026-27/01 and encompasses comprehensive sanitation operations at the Multan market location.
Eligible bidders must be registered companies, firms, or enterprises with valid registration under the registration system available on the e-PADS portal. Bidders are required to be registered with FBR, PRA (NTN), and PSTN and obtain PPRA certification. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a CDR or Pay Order issued in the name of Punjab Cattle Market Management & Development Company Multan Division. Original bid security instruments must be submitted in a clearly marked envelope at the office before the electronic bid submission deadline. Single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure will be followed with encrypted electronic file submission through the e-PADS system.
Bidders may obtain tender documents and submit bids electronically through the e-PADS portal at http://Punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 22nd June, 2026 at the PCMMDC-Multan Division Office. Electronic bids must be submitted by 03rd July, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening on the same date at 11:30 AM. Bids remain valid for 90 days from submission date.
