The Cooperative Model Town Society, Lahore invites sealed bids under single stage single envelope bidding procedure for the supply and installation of a submersible pump with 5 cusec capacity for dewatering of storm water at the old society head office in Model Town, Lahore, Punjab. This procurement is open to contracting firms having valid enlistment with Model Town Society. The project aims to address water management and drainage challenges at the administrative facility located in Model Town, one of Lahore's premier residential areas.
Bidders must be registered with Model Town Society and possess valid enlistment credentials to participate in this tender. Detailed technical specifications and bid requirements are available in the complete tender documents, which can be obtained from the office of the Civil Engineer at Model Town Society during regular working hours upon submission of a written request addressed to the undersigned. Prospective bidders are encouraged to seek any clarifications from the Civil Engineer's office during standard business hours to ensure compliance with all bidding requirements.
Sealed bids must be submitted to the specified address before 1:00 PM on 02 July 2026. Bids received after the deadline, or those found to be ambiguous or incomplete, will not be entertained. The evaluation committee will open all submitted bids one hour after the closing deadline on the same day in the presence of authorized representatives of bidders who wish to attend. The society reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to formal acceptance.
