Description / Scope of Work
The Sessions Court, Khushab, under the supervision of the District & Sessions Judge and Chairman District Development Committee, invites sealed bids for the procurement and installation of an off-grid hybrid solar power system comprising 19 units of 4 kilowatt capacity each. The project covers the head quarter court at Jauharabad and sub-division courts located at Quaidabad and Noorpur Thal, along with their allied offices in District Khushab, Punjab. The estimated project cost is Rs. 18,050,000 and funding has been allocated from the Hon'ble Lahore High Court, Lahore, under the Access to Justice Development Fund scheme for the financial year 2025-26. The successful bidder will be required to complete installation within the specified timeline outlined in the Bid Data Sheet.
Eligible bidders must be suppliers, sole proprietors, associations of firms, companies, general order service providers, or joint ventures registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and relevant tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. Bidders must be registered on the e-Procurement System (EPADS) and shall not be blacklisted by the procuring agency or have provided consultancy services for design and specification preparation related to this procurement. Government-owned enterprises may participate only if duly authorized by their respective competent authority. In cases of joint venture or consortium, all members shall be jointly and severally liable for contract execution.
The bidding process follows the single stage two-envelope rule under Punjab Procurement Authority Act-2009 and Punjab Procurement Rules-2014.
