Description / Scope of Work
The Pak Secretariat, Islamabad is conducting an open e-auction of old, obsolete and used furniture, fixtures, tyres, batteries and scrap vehicle parts available at K Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad. The auction comprises four lots: Lot 1 includes split and window air conditioners, steel almirahs, revolving chairs, staff chairs, office tables, geysers, telephone sets, steel cabinets, iron doors and iron stairs with a reserve price of Rs 600,000 and bid security of Rs 60,000; Lot 2 consists of tyres for vehicles and motorcycles with reserve price Rs 700,000 and bid security Rs 70,000; Lot 3 includes batteries for vehicles and motorcycles with reserve price Rs 1,000,000 and bid security Rs 100,000; and Lot 4 comprises scrap of vehicle parts with reserve price Rs 250,000 and bid security Rs 25,000. The e-auction will be held on 02 July 2026 (Thursday) at 11:00 AM on an as-is-where-is basis through the EPADS 2.0 system.
Bidders must be registered with FBR/NTN to participate in the online auction. A refundable pay order or bank draft as earnest money (bid security) as specified for each lot must be submitted in favour of DDO K Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad. Original pay orders or bank drafts and copies of CNIC must be submitted by hand on or before 02 July 2026 at 11:00 AM at K Block, and uploaded electronically on EPADS V2.0. All bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS; manual and physical bids are not accepted. The auction shall be conducted in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004 (as amended) and the Disposal of Public Assets Regulations 2024.
Bids will be received until 11:00 AM on 02 July 2026 and opened at 11:30 AM the same day. Items can be inspected during office hours at K Block by site visit (Tel: 051-9201111). Successful bidders must deposit the highest bidding amount including taxes within 07 days of the auction, failing which earnest money will be forfeited. All government taxes must be paid in addition to the bid amount. The successful bidder shall collect materials with its own transportation from K Block premises. The Auction Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids partially or fully without assigning any reason according to Rule 33 PPRA.
