Description / Scope of Work
The University of Baltistan, Skardu invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of laboratory equipment as part of its planned expenditure for the fiscal year 2026-27. This is a national single stage, one envelope procurement using the Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The University has reserved funds to cover eligible payments under this contract for the supply of lab equipment, which will support the institution's academic and research facilities in Skardu, Gilgit-Baltistan.
Bidders must be eligible under the procurement rules and are required to submit bid security as described in the bidding document, either in the form of a Pay Order or a Bid Security Declaration if not mandated by the procuring agency. All bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System version 2.0. Bidders are advised to ensure they meet all eligibility criteria before submitting their bids.

Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, July 6, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted.
