Our Fakh Corruption Free Pakistan invites sealed bids from individuals, firms, companies and one-stage one-envelope procedure for commercial activities on 4 canals of 21,780 square feet commercial land located in KPK province. The auction is conducted under the Premium Plus Rental Mode to offer the detailed terms and conditions governing the premium payment structure, rental maintenance, and other applicable requirements. Interested bidders can collect bid solicitation documents containing full details of the property, terms, conditions and technical specifications from the Head Office. The bid security deposit required is PKR 2,222.21 per month with 5% of the quoted price. Bidders must be present at the premises of 02-30 on the same date to close sealed bids and participate in the bid opening. The sealed bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend the meeting at 02:30 on 13 Section E, Phase-I Hayatabad, Peshawar 2500 after the submission time due to the reason. Bid security and conditions are mentioned in the bid documents. To visit the plot location and obtain detailed bid documents, interested bidders can visit the Peshawar Economic Zone Contract office during office hours at 09:21-9333-99 to arrange site visits.
