United Bank Limited invites offers for auction of furniture and fixtures, electrical and office appliances, and other scrap items. Interested parties may visit to inspect the items on 18th, 19th and 22nd June at UBL Tower Parking Plot I.I, Chundigar Road Karachi, Sindh, between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. This auction offers an opportunity for bidders to acquire various items through a competitive bidding process conducted by the bank. The scope includes multiple categories of office equipment and fixtures suitable for businesses and organizations seeking quality used items at auction prices.
Tender forms can be obtained for PKR 1,000 (non-refundable) from the same inspection location and must be dropped at UBL 5th Floor, SLICO Building #1 along with a Pay Order equivalent to 10 percent (refundable) of the offered amount as earnest money by 22nd June 2026 (Monday till 5:00 pm). Eligible bidders meeting the bank's qualification criteria may participate. UBL employees are not allowed to participate in this bidding directly or indirectly. Offers are invited on an as-is-where-is basis, and the bank is not liable for any claims after bid opening.
Tenders will be opened on Tuesday, 23rd June 2026 at 3:00 pm at UBL Tower Parking Plot I.I, Chundigar Road Karachi. Successful bidders must submit the total bidding amount within 03 working days and will pick up auctioned items within the next 07 working days. UBL Management reserves the right to reject or accept any or all tenders or cancel the entire auction without assigning any reason. Per Finance Act 2019, advance tax at 10 percent of sale price will be collected from filer successful bidders and 20 percent from non-filer successful bidders.
