Description / Scope of Work
District Council MBDin invites pre-qualification applications from well-reputed, financially sound and experienced contractors and firms registered on E-PADS for the year 2025-26. The project involves the establishment of a new bus stand under the MBDIN Phase III development scheme, with an estimated cost of Rs 99,833,315. The scope of work encompasses the complete design, construction, and commissioning of modern bus terminal infrastructure. Bidding documents are available for free download from the PPRA Punjab website and through E-PADS portal. All applications must be submitted electronically via E-PADS by 08-07-2026 at 12:00 PM (PST). Applicants are required to upload all necessary information, credentials, and certificates as detailed in the pre-qualification documents. Any incomplete or ambiguous submissions will be rejected.
Eligible contractors and firms must be registered on E-PADS for 2025-26 and possess relevant experience in similar infrastructure projects. Applicants must submit earnest money in the form of CDR in favor of District Council Mandi Bahauddin amounting to 5 percent of the estimated bid cost. The original CDR must be submitted to the Tender Opening Committee half an hour before the bid opening. District Council MBDin reserves the right to reject any applications that do not meet the prescribed criteria as per Punjab Procurement Rules.
Bid documents can be obtained free of cost from the official PPRA Punjab website at https://punjab.eproc ure.gov.pk. The tender opening will be held in the presence of applicants or their representatives at the office of District Council MBDin. For clarifications regarding pre-qualification procedures, interested contractors may contact the District Officer (I&S) at District Council MBDin during working hours before the submission deadline. The responsive timeline for bid evaluation will be calculated exclusively from the publication date on the PPRA website.
