Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Agricultural Research Council (PARC) is procuring equipment and items for Project NR-354 titled Appraisal and Adoption of Efficient Rainwater Harvesting Techniques for Effective Soil and Water Conservation and use. This is a national-level goods procurement conducted through a single stage-one envelope bidding process. The procurement encompasses various equipment and related services required for the implementation of rainwater harvesting techniques aimed at soil and water conservation. The project is based at PARC's office located in Islamabad, Federal Territory. Interested bidders are invited to submit their bids in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in this standard bidding document.
Bidders must meet the specified eligibility criteria and demonstrate their technical and financial capacity to fulfill the contract requirements. Bid security declaration is mandatory, and bidders are required to provide performance guarantees and sign an integrity pact as part of the submission process. Evaluation will follow the criteria specified in the bidding document, and the contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated bidder meeting all requirements.
