Description / Scope of Work
The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) invites bids for the procurement of On-Site Managed Security Services (MSSP) through PPRA's e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS). This is a national competitive bid under a single stage two envelope procedure. The procurement aims to establish contracted managed security service providers to deliver on-site security services at SECP facilities in Islamabad, Federal province. Eligible bidders must be authorized suppliers, service providers, principal's authorized dealers, distributors, partners, or resellers based in Pakistan and registered with the Federal Board of Revenue or respective revenue boards for both income tax and sales tax, maintaining active status on the Active Taxpayers List.
Bidders must meet all eligibility requirements as outlined in the bidding documents and possess valid tax registrations. A bid bond or security is required as specified in the tender documents. Bid validity requirements and all technical specifications are detailed in the procurement documentation. The evaluation will be conducted according to predetermined criteria published in Section V of the bidding documents, which includes technical specifications and schedule of requirements.
Bidding documents are available free of cost and can be downloaded from https://eprocure.gov.pk/ or https://www.secp.gov.pk/procurement/. Bids must be submitted exclusively through EPADS on or before 14:30 hours on July 02, 2026, with opening scheduled for 15:00 hours the same day.
