Utility Stores Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd invites sealed bids through an open e-auction process for the disposal of various furniture and fixed assets on an as-is-where-is basis. The e-auction is referenced as D10064 and will be conducted through the EPADS 2.0 platform. Bidding will commence on 17 June 2026 and remain open until 09:00 AM on 3 July 2026. The auction encompasses multiple categories of items including furniture, fixtures, and iron scrap, with quantities estimated at the time of listing. The Zonal Office is located at Scheme More, Multan Road, Lahore. All successful bidders must pay based on actual quantities verified at the time of lifting from designated locations as per the EPADS schedule.
Eligibility is restricted to Pakistani nationals holding a Computerized National Identity Card issued by NADRA, along with valid NTN and GST registrations. Government defaulters and government servants are explicitly excluded from participation. Companies may participate through authorized representatives. Each bidder must submit an earnest money demand draft or pay order as security deposit before 16:30 hours on 2 July 2026 at the Lahore office. A certificate on 100-rupee stamp paper declaring non-defaulter status and non-employee status must also be submitted. The disposal committee reserves the right to accept, reject, or postpone any bid without providing reasons. All government taxes are inclusive in the reserve price.
The e-auction will open at 11:00 AM on 3 July 2026 by the disposal committee and awards will be made to the highest price-offered bidder meeting the reserve price through EPADS 2.0. Successful bidders must deposit 100 percent of the quoted amount before lifting items from designated stations. Quoted prices must be inclusive of all applicable taxes, duties, levies, and charges including sales tax and FED. Bidders are encouraged to visit item locations for inspection prior to submitting bids. Any disputes will be referred to the Managing Director USC for final arbitration. Queries regarding specific items must be submitted at least three days before the auction date.
