Pakistan Air Force Base Samungli Quetta invites sealed quotations for a Conservancy Contract covering waste management and sanitation services at the air force base for the financial period 1st July 2026 to 30th June 2027. The contract encompasses cleaning, waste collection, and general conservancy operations across all technical areas and camps within PAF Base Samungli located in Quetta, Balochistan. This is a one-year service contract requiring professional and experienced service delivery in a military establishment environment.
Interested bidders must be well-reputed, Sales Tax registered civil vendors or contractors with appropriate experience in institutional conservancy and waste management services. Bidders should possess valid business registration and tax compliance credentials. The tender is open to qualified contractors capable of handling large-scale sanitation and cleaning operations in a sprawling military facility with multiple operational zones and accommodation areas.
Sealed quotations must be submitted at the Office of the Officer in Charge, Personnel Squadron, PAF Base Samungli Quetta within 15 days from the date of publication, to be received by 10:00 hours. Tenders will be publicly opened on 01 July 2026 at 11:00 hours in the presence of bidders and their representatives.
