Description / Scope of Work
Combined Military Hospital Skardu invites sealed bids from SECP and preferably DGDP registered well-reputed firms for the supply of final NA medicines, disposables, lab kits, and bulk liquid paraffin for the financial year 2026-2027. The procurement is conducted by the Medical Store department of CMH Skardu located in Gilgit-Baltistan and covers pharmaceutical supplies and medical consumables required for hospital operations. All bidding firms must be duly registered with the Ministry of Health, Government of Pakistan, and possess active registration with income tax, sales tax department, and FBR. Interested parties are required to indicate the maximum rebate or discount to be offered on retail prices of medical store items.
Eligible bidders must hold valid SECP registration and preferably DGDP certification, along with current registrations from relevant tax authorities. The tender invitation documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available at the CMH Skardu Medical Store office for a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000. Bidders may obtain these documents during regular office hours on any working day by contacting the Medical Officer In-charge.
Sealed tender bids must be submitted by 12:00 hours on 3 July 2026 to the Medical Officer In-charge Medical Store CMH Skardu. The bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 hours in the presence of bidder representatives. Each tender package must contain two separate envelopes clearly marked as Financial Proposal and Technical Proposal. CMH Skardu reserves the right to reject all bids for any reason prior to bid acceptance in accordance with PPRA Rules 33(1).
