Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) invites electronic bids for the rehabilitation and upgradation of NCA and LCCA Ground in Lahore under a single stage two envelope procurement process. This construction works project is open to well-reputed, experienced and professional entities registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and maintaining active taxpayer status. The detailed Request for Proposal (RFP) containing comprehensive requirements, terms and conditions is available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPDAS) at www.eprocure.gov.pk, where all interested bidders must access the tender documents.
Eligible bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and must hold active taxpayer status to participate. Electronic bids must be prepared in accordance with instructions provided in the RFP documents and submitted through EPDAS. Manual bids will not be accepted under any circumstances. The procuring agency has constituted a Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) under Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules 2004, with notifications available on the PCB website at www.pcb.com.pk and on EPDAS at www.eprocure.gov.pk.
Electronic bids must be submitted through EPDAS by 11:00 am on 6th July 2026, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 am on EPDAS. The PCB reserves the right to reject any or all bids and annul the procurement process at any time prior to bid acceptance in accordance with Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules 2004.
