Description / Scope of Work
The Postmaster General Balochistan Circle invites bids for the auction of vehicles and motorcycles through sealed competitive bidding. This procurement is conducted in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004 and is open to qualified bidders across Balochistan province. The auction encompasses various government vehicles and motorcycles that are being liquidated through this transparent public process. Bidders are required to submit their participation in the prescribed format with all necessary documentation and contact information.
Eligibility requirements mandate that all bidders must upload a valid National Identity Card and provide a complete present address along with an active telephone number on the prescribed format. A mandatory earnest money deposit of 10 percent of the reserved price must be submitted as a CDR or Pay Order in favour of Postmaster General Balochistan Circle Quetta to participate in the auction. Only registered bidders are eligible to participate. The earnest money of successful bidders will be adjusted against the final bid price, while unsuccessful bidders will receive their earnest money back after the bidding process is completed.
Successful bidders must deposit 25 percent of the total bid amount on the spot, with the remaining balance due within seven days of auction approval. All government taxes at prescribed rates will be charged in addition to the bid amount. Winning bidders are responsible for obtaining vehicle transfer and registration within one month of receiving the auction confirmation letter upon full payment. Vehicle lifting must occur at the bidder's own expense within seven days of final payment, after which the buyer assumes all responsibility for use and maintenance. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004.
