Description / Scope of Work
Earnest Money (Call Deposit): PKR 10,000,000 (1 Crore) in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from any scheduled bank, submitted along with a verified CNIC copy. Security Deposit: The successful bidder must deposit 1/4th (one-quarter) of the total bid amount on the spot as a security deposit. Payment Plan: The remaining contract amount must be paid in 12 equal monthly installments. The first installment for July 2026 must be paid in advance, and subsequent installments must be cleared by the 5th of every month. Tax Compliance: The contractor is responsible for paying advance income tax to the FBR according to prevailing rates , as well as all other applicable federal or provincial taxes. Rules & Regulations: The auction process will strictly follow PPRA Rules 2004.
