Revenue contract for toll collection at a major bridge crossing three vehicle categories with fixed tariffs (Rs.
10–50 per crossing). One-year term suggests potential for renewal if performance satisfactory. Scale appears modest but operationally straightforward—key risk is traffic volume variability and cash-handling discipline. Bidder must demonstrate tax/revenue collection background; administrative overhead and staffing for 24/7 collection operations will determine viability. Tight August 2026 deadline with mandatory EPADS submission.
Who can bid: Typically requires NTN registration and FBR compliance or equivalent authority registration. Government-registered contractor status stated as mandatory. Proven tax/revenue collection experience required. Up-to-date registration renewal mandatory. No specific PEC category mentioned; applicable to specialized services rather than construction.
