Description / Scope of Work
National Insurance Company Limited (NICL) is inviting bids for the operation and maintenance of lifts in its building located at 63-Jinnah Avenue, Blue Area, Islamabad. This is a non-consultancy services procurement under reference NICL/Procurement/2026/15, with the contract budgeted for fiscal year 2026-27. The scope of work includes comprehensive lift operation and maintenance services to ensure optimal functioning of all lifts within the NICL Building in Islamabad, with detailed service specifications and scope of work outlined in the bidding documents. The procurement will be conducted through e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
All bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and must provide bid security in the form of a Pay Order or Bid Securing Declaration as per the prescribed format. Eligible bidders are invited to participate in this open competitive bidding process. The bidding documents are available on the EPADS portal at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ and contain comprehensive terms, conditions, service specifications, and evaluation criteria for the tender.
E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, July 6, 2026 at 10:40 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 11:10 AM. Bidders should note that manual submission of bids will not be accepted.
