The Union Council Lakhi @ Mirwah, District Tando Muhammad Khan, Sindh, invites participation in the auction of recovery rights for Cattle Piri Deh Vendho Chouinro for the financial year 2026-27, effective from 01-07-2026 to 30-06-2027. The auction will be conducted under the chairmanship of the Chairman Union Council Lakhi @ Mirwah on 19-06-2026 at 11:00 AM in the office of the Union Council Lakhi @ Mirwah. The office bid is set at PKR 47,450,000/- with an estimated bid value of PKR 949,000/-. In case of failure in the first attempt, a second attempt will be held on 22-06-2026 at 11:00 AM, and if necessary, a third attempt on 25-06-2026.
Interested parties, companies, and firms are invited to participate in the auction after depositing the required amount as official bid in the form of call deposit in the name of the Chairman Union Council Lakhi @ Mirwah. No cash travelling cheque will be accepted. Defaulters are not entitled to participate in the proceedings. All terms and conditions of the auction must be reviewed in the office of the Chairman Union Council Lakhi @ Mirwah during official working hours. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. Bid winners must deposit the bid amount as per agreement. Interested parties must comply with Government tax policies and be tax payers for Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Sindh Board of Revenue (SBR).

Bid documents should be submitted at the specified office location. The auction will commence at 11:00 AM on 19-06-2026, with opening and evaluation conducted at the Union Council Lakhi @ Mirwah office.
