Pakistan Railways Cairns Hospital in Lahore invites electronic bids from registered Medical Stores, Pharmacies and authorized suppliers for the local purchase of medicines, surgical items and laboratory supplies required for indoor patients. Eligible bidders must be registered Medical Stores or Pharmacies with appropriate licenses to supply pharmaceutical and surgical items in Pakistan. Bidders are required to submit a Bank Draft or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) amounting to Rs. 120,000 (Rupees One Hundred Twenty Thousand Only) as Earnest Money in favour of the Medical Superintendent, Railway Cairns Hospital, Lahore. The original Bid Security must be physically submitted in the Tender Box at the Medical Superintendent's office before the closing deadline at 11:00 AM on July 20, 2026. Failure to submit the original CDR will result in rejection of the electronic bid, in accordance with PPRA Rules.
Bidders must upload their complete bids through the E-PAD portal (www.ppra.org.pk) by 11:00 AM on July 20, 2026. Bid opening will occur the same day at 12:00 PM in the office of the Medical Superintendent, Railway Cairns Hospital, Lahore, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
