Description / Scope of Work
The Neelum Jhelum Hydropower Company (NJHPC) invites bids for the procurement of goods and services related to CCTV and IT infrastructure across three operational sites in Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu and Kashmir. The contract scope encompasses supply, installation, testing and commissioning of CCTV systems and related IT services at SITE C1 (Dam Site Nauseri), SITE C2 (Thatha-Majhoi) and SITE C3 (Power House Silo Chattan Kalas) with funds reserved for the fiscal year 2026-27. This is a single-stage, one-envelope procurement utilizing the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004 and associated regulatory guidelines issued by the authority.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the EPADS (e-Procurement Acquisitions and Disposal System) portal and obtain themselves registered before the submission deadline. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security Declaration as prescribed, with Bid Security in the form of a Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit or Demand Draft, payable to the Chief Engineer/PD NJHPC Muzaffarabad. Bidders are required to furnish the Bid Security Declaration as per guidelines; however, Bid Security is not required from the Procuring Agency. Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, July 2, 2026, at 05:00 PM, with e-bids opening on the same date at 06:00 PM. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained. Vendors not yet registered on the new EPADS v2.5 may register themselves at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ using the provided tutorial.
