Description / Scope of Work
The Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) of the Government of the Punjab invites competitive bids for Annual Repair and Special Repair (AR/SR) work at the Govt. Technical Training Institute located on Pasrur Road in Gujranwala. The estimated cost of the project is PKR 572,705 based on the second bi-annual assessment for 2024, with a completion period of 30 days. This procurement follows the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under the Accumulative Cost Basis Least Cost Method, with tender reference number TEVTA / GTTI / GRW / 2026 / AR – SR / 01. The work encompasses maintenance and repair activities required to maintain the institute's infrastructure and operational facilities.
Bidders must be reputed and financially strong firms with valid registration from the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA), and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for NTN registration. A bid security of PKR 11,454 (equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost) must be submitted in the form of a Pay Order, Certified Demand Draft, Demand Draft, or Banker's Cheque made payable to the Principal, Govt. Technical Training Institute, Gujranwala, and must reach the office on or before 02-07-2026 by 10:30 AM. Bids that do not comply with this requirement will be rejected as non-responsive.
Bidding documents are available for free download from the EPADS portal, PPRA website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk), and TEVTA website (www.tevta.gop.pk). All bidders must submit their bids exclusively through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. The deadline for online bid submission is 02-07-2026 at 10:30 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:00 AM in the office of the Principal at Govt. Technical Training Institute, Gujranwala, in the presence of the District AR-SR Committee and interested bidders.
