Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology invites sealed bids for the provision of pest control and fumigation services for the financial year 2026-27. The tender reference is RIC/PO/3479/26 dated 17-06-2026, with an estimated contract value of Rs. 2,580,000. The service scope covers pest control and fumigation operations at the Institute's premises located on Rawal Road, Rawalpindi, Punjab. This is a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure governed by Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (Amended). The bid validity period is 180 days from the date of submission.
Bidders must submit a bid security amount of Rs. 51,600, representing 2 percent of the estimated price. All bidders are required to attach a copy of their valid CNIC and proof of bid security in the form of a call deposit receipt or bank guarantee from a scheduled bank. Bids must be submitted in either English or Urdu language using the currency Pakistan Rupees (PKR). Bidders must ensure submission of all required documentation, including undertakings, valid documentary evidence, and supporting documents as specified in the bidding documents. Bids lacking mandatory documents or test certificates are liable to be rejected at the initial evaluation stage.
Bidding documents are available for sale from one day after the publication of the advertisement in the newspaper. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 24-06-2026 at 11:00 am at the Purchase Office, Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology. Bids must be uploaded on EPAD by 02-07-2026 at 10:00 am, with technical bid opening on the same date at 10:30 am at the Purchase Office.
