For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
RUDA is seeking pre-qualified suppliers for general orders across multiple registered categories. The qualification is a two-stage process requiring initial PQD submission (PKR 10,000 fee per category) followed by financial bid invitation for pre-qualified firms. This appears to be an ongoing vendor registration mechanism rather than a single procurement contract, making it suitable for suppliers seeking framework status with a major public development authority in Punjab. The August 2026 deadline allows reasonable preparation time.
Who can bid: Vendors must be registered with relevant authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax, PRA) in their category. Associations of firms and companies with proper registration are eligible. A non-refundable PQD fee of PKR 10,000 per category is required. Typically, firms must hold valid NTN, Sales Tax registration, and relevant professional credentials depending on the supply category.
