Description / Scope of Work
The Municipal Committee Jalalpur Pirwala, located in Punjab province, invites electronic bids from registered firms, companies and traders engaged in commercial trading activities. Bidders must be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including PEC license, Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax. The bidding process follows a single stage single envelope procedure with e-bids to be submitted through the e-Procurement System (EPADS) portal at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. This procurement notice is issued by the Municipal Committee's Infrastructure Office and carries all standard terms and conditions as per procurement regulations.
All bidders must accompany their e-bids with bid security in the form of Certified Deposit Receipt (CDR), Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order made payable to MO(Infrastructure) Municipal Committee Jalalpur Pirwala. The bid security amount is to be calculated based on the estimated price as mentioned in the tender documentation. Late e-bids shall be rejected without consideration. Original bid security instruments must be physically submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bidding document number and title prior to the e-bid submission deadline.
E-bids must be submitted online on the EPADS portal by 06 July 2026 at 01:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 01:30 PM. Bidders are strongly advised to upload their bids well before the deadline and should not wait until the last moment as submission is entirely the bidder's responsibility. The complete bidding documents are available for immediate download from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. For technical assistance regarding the e-Procurement system, bidders may contact the system support team. In case of any official holiday on the submission date, the next working day shall be treated as the closing date.
