District Council Sahiwal invites sealed bids for the customized fabrication and supply of handcarts for the Model Handcart Bazaar project. The procurement is aimed at establishing a model handcart bazaar in Sahiwal district, Punjab, with specialized handcarts tailored to meet the specific requirements of street vendors and informal traders. The scope of work includes the design, customized fabrication, and supply of handcarts with appropriate specifications to support the bazaar infrastructure and vendor operations in Sahiwal. The project seeks to provide quality, durable handcarts that meet the functional and safety standards required for a organized marketplace environment.
Eligible bidders must be registered vendors or manufacturers with relevant experience in fabrication and supply of commercial handcarts or similar equipment. Bidders are required to submit valid business registration documents, tax registration certificates, and evidence of prior experience in similar fabrication projects. A bid security amount shall be required as specified in the tender documents, and all bids must comply with the technical specifications and quality standards outlined in the detailed bidding documents provided by the procuring agency.
Bidders should obtain the complete bidding documents from District Council Sahiwal office during office hours. Sealed bids must be submitted to the District Council Sahiwal office on or before the closing date of 6 July 2026. Bid opening will be conducted as per the schedule specified in the tender documents. All queries and clarifications should be directed to the District Officer (I&S), District Council Sahiwal. District Council Sahiwal reserves the right to reject any or all bids and cancel the bidding process without assigning any reason.
