Description / Scope of Work
UNDP Pakistan invites quotations for civil works of two camping sites located in Laram Top, Lower Dir and Achar Top, Shangla, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province. The project reference is UNDP-RFQ-2026-155, and detailed scope of work is outlined in the attached Bills of Quantities (BOQs). This Request for Quotation includes specifications for construction and development of both camping sites to facilitate tourism and recreational infrastructure in the mountainous regions of KP Province.
Prospective contractors must be registered with relevant authorities and possess valid civil works licenses. Bidders are required to submit technical and financial offers as per the prescribed templates. The quotation must include all costs, labour, materials, and contingencies for completion of the works. Interested contractors should review the Schedule of Requirements and all annexures before submitting their bids to ensure full compliance with UNDP procurement standards and specifications.
Bid documents are available through the UNDP Quantum supplier portal system. Interested bidders must register in the portal or use their existing supplier profile to access the negotiation using reference number UNDP-PAK-01647.
