Action For Humanity (AFH), a UK-based international non-governmental organisation working across Pakistan in education, health, food security, livelihoods, and water sanitation and hygiene, invites competitive quotations for rent-a-car services to support office operations across Pakistan. The organisation is establishing operations in Islamabad and other locations and requires rented vehicles on both monthly and per-day basis for the period July 2026 to June 2027. Bidders are invited to submit quotations for a 1000cc Suzuki Cultus with professional drivers for the Islamabad and Rawalpindi local region, with vehicles model 2020 and above. The service period covers twelve months from July 2026 to June 2027, and quotations must include separate rates for monthly rental, per-day rental, and fuel cost per kilometre based on current fuel prices.
Eligible bidders must be reputable rent-a-car service providers with documented experience in vehicle leasing. All vehicles must be clean, fully functional, well-maintained, and air-conditioned. Drivers must be professional, licensed, well-mannered, and familiar with local routes. All applicants must provide complete bidder information including business registration (NTN/GST), CNIC, focal person details, contact numbers, bank account information, and registered address. Service providers are required to bear all maintenance and repair costs, provide replacement vehicles immediately at no extra cost in case of breakdown or driver absence, and maintain vehicle availability as per organisational requirements. All applicable taxes must be clearly stated in quotations, which must remain valid for a minimum of 12 months from submission date.
Quotations must be submitted in the prescribed format by 17:00 hours PST on or before 24 June 2026 to the Pakistan office at Office No 203-204, 2nd Floor, Centre 9, G-9 Markaz, Islamabad, or via email to procurement.pk@actionforhumanity.org.
