Description / Scope of Work
Shifa Foundation, a non-profit and non-governmental organization implementing development projects across multiple districts of Sindh Province, invites sealed bids from registered suppliers, vendors, contractors, and rent-a-car companies for the provision of vehicle rental services. The tender covers monthly and daily basis vehicle hiring for project operations in Sujawal, Badin, Umerkot, Tharparkar, and other districts of Sindh. The scope includes supply of well-maintained vehicles equipped with essential safety and operational equipment including tracker systems, tool boxes, tow chains, jumper cables, fire extinguishers, and first aid boxes. All vehicles must be in good working condition with experienced and licensed drivers. Shifa Foundation will provide fuel for all hired vehicles, and quantities of vehicle requirements may vary based on project needs and shall be hired on an as-needed basis.
Eligible bidders must be registered suppliers, established vendors, licensed contractors, or formal rent-a-car companies capable of meeting the specified vehicle and driver requirements. All vehicles presented for tender must meet condition and equipment standards as outlined in the tender documents. Drivers must possess valid driving licenses and demonstrate relevant professional experience in vehicle operation. Bidders are required to submit all tender forms including Form A (Instructions to Tenderers), Form B (Letter of Invitation), Form C (Instructions to Tenderers), Form D (Terms and Conditions), Form E (Relevant Experience documentation), and Form F (PSEA undertaking for vendors and suppliers).
Tender documents are available for collection from Shifa Foundation's office at Plot Number 210, Street Number 7, I-9/2, Islamabad, during business hours from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Documents may also be downloaded from www.brightspyre.com. All sealed bids must be submitted in accordance with the instructions provided in the tender documents.
