Description / Scope of Work
The Bank of Punjab, Head Office in Lahore, Punjab, invites sealed bids for the renewal of Cisco Smart Software Licensing for Web Security Appliance (WSA) for a three-year period. The procurement is for license renewal activation to be completed within two weeks of purchase order issuance. The estimated cost is Rs. 50,000,000 and bidders must quote prices in USD only, inclusive of all applicable taxes such as GST and Income Tax. The bidding process follows the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules under a single-stage two-envelope procedure, with bids submitted exclusively through the E-Pads portal.
Bidders must submit a call deposit of two percent (2%) of the estimated cost as bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank operating in Pakistan. All proposals must contain complete technical details, bid items, and warranty support information. Bidders should be authorized dealers or partners of Cisco with the capability to deliver and activate licenses within the stipulated timeframe. The bid security may be forfeited if the bidder withdraws during validity period, fails to accept price corrections, does not deposit performance guarantee, or fails to sign the contract within the specified time.
Sealed envelopes containing the 2% bid security must be delivered to the Head Centralized Procurement, 1st Floor, Head Office, BOP Tower, 10-B, Block E/II, Main Boulevard, Gulberg III, Lahore on or before 07-07-2026 by 11:00 AM and placed in the designated bid box. Technical bids will be opened on the same date by 11:30 AM. Bids must remain valid for 90 days from the closing date and must conform to all technical specifications and terms outlined in Schedule-A and Schedule-B.
