Description / Scope of Work
Auction Location: Municipal Auto Workshop, Rawalpindi Waste Management Company, Committee Chowk, Rawalpindi. Participation Token: Bidders must submit a copy of their CNIC along with an advance earnest money deposit of Rs. 100,000 in cash by 11:00 AM to receive a participation token. Tax Responsibility: The successful bidder is responsible for paying all applicable taxes as prescribed by the Government of Pakistan and the Government of Punjab. Payment Terms:Immediate Payment: The highest bidder for each item must deposit 1/4 (25%) of the bid amount on the spot at the conclusion of the auction. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the earnest money and a re-auction on the spot. Remaining Payment: The remaining 3/4 (75%) of the bid amount must be paid within 3 days of bid approval. Failure to pay within this timeframe will lead to the forfeiture of the deposited 1/4 amount.
